IPA
Get the good times rolling and the conversations flowing with a traditional IPA brewed with fresh grains and ingredients with a robust flavor that will have you asking for another. Unlike many IPA’s where it’s generally ‘one and your done,’ O’Brique IPA beer is blended to allow fans to enjoy a few with friends without over-imbibing. With a purpose to bring the community together in social situations, we donate part of this beer’s proceeds to non-profit organizations that promote and support social causes and awareness.
Pilsner / Lager
As our flagship beer that represents our founder’s core values as veterans, volunteers and community supporters, our Pilsner / Lager is wholly crafted from American grains, yeasts and ingredients. This full-bodied beer has a crisp, clean finish and could be considered and amber hybrid craft brew. This is a beer meant to celebrate the end of a long day and have an outing with friends. We honor our military men and women past and present by donating a portion of sales of our Pilsner / Lager to veteran non-profits.
Whiskey Ale
Imagine an all-American ale that tastes as though it has been aged in a smoked whiskey barrel…then live the experience with an O’Brique Whiskey Ale. We ferment this aromatic brew with Jim Beam whiskey that is soaked in wood for weeks to create a one of a kind beer with a unique flavor. Paying homage to the history of American whiskey and beer and the future itself, we donate part of the proceeds of our Whiskey Ale to health and medical non-profits.
Stout
The rich, dark body of our Chocolate Espresso Stout was originally dubbed ‘Black Frankenstein,’ because this unique stout was literally pieced together from some recipes from our early brewing days. Laden with strong flavors of freshly brewed espresso and pleasant nuances of chocolate, our stout has a surprisingly smooth finish that slightly lingers on the palate. In recognition of nature’s vital role in creating both coffee and chocolate beans, part of the proceeds from Chocolate Espresso Stout are donated to environmental causes and awareness.
